Before this change in equity, Yunchongma Partnership held 14,349,250 shares of the company, accounting for 10.43% of the company's total share capital, making it a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares; its concerted action person Liu Xuemei held 16,700 shares of the company, accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital; Yunchongma Partnership and its concerted action person Liu Xuemei together held 14,365,950 shares of the company, accounting for 10.45% of the company's total share capital; Hongyue Private Equity held no shares in the company.
After this change in equity, Yunchongma Partnership holds 7,028,541 shares of the company, accounting for 5.11% of the total share capital; Yunchongma Partnership and its concerted action person Liu Xuemei together hold 7,045,241 shares of the company, accounting for 5.12% of the total share capital; Hongyue Private Equity holds 7,320,709 shares of the company, accounting for 5.32%, and will become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares in the company.
