SD Guthrie Berhad has informed that its non independent and non executive director Pn Sharifah Sheila Syed Muhamad has resigned from the board with immediate effect.
The group noted that in view that 5 out of 9 of the Board of Directors are Independent Non-Executive Directors, following the resignation of Puan Sharifah Sheila as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director she has also ceased to be a member of the Risk Management Committee of the group.s
