Toyota Industries Corporation has compiled fundamental recurrence prevention measures regarding legal violations in domestic engine certification and has promoted these efforts after reporting to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Today, a third quarterly report on the implementation status was provided to the Ministry.
In this quarter, the main measures newly implemented or commenced are as detailed in the attached 'Quarterly Report on the Implementation Status of Recurrence Prevention Measures in Response to the Corrective Order.'
We sincerely apologize once again for the significant inconvenience caused to many stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and suppliers.
