■Strengths of InterTrade Co., Ltd. <3747>

It can be said that the greatest strength lies in the fact that many small local securities companies, which are considered to have difficulty developing their own superior systems, rely on the company's system for implementation. The fact that the company's representative director, Kazuya Nishimoto, comes from a securities system background also serves as a basis for providing advanced systems and enhances reliability, according to our company.

In the core market of securities system, financial services utilizing new technologies are expanding globally. In such a context, the company plans to explore new growth areas through the "Spider Digital Transfer" solution, which compacts and deepens system functionalities according to customer operations by picking up or merging necessary process and application functions from multiple package systems for financial products trading.

In the Health Care business, efforts are being made towards the functional labeling of the "IT Hanabiratake" supplement. Although acquisition was not achieved by the September 2024 period, a significant contribution to performance is expected if realized. Furthermore, a strategic partnership agreement was signed in March 2023 with Axisia <4936>, which has a strong track record in cosmetics sales in China. Regarding the supplement field using "IT Hanabiratake", research and development involving academia and government began, and a human clinical trial targeting over 60 women was conducted to publish papers on its effects in alleviating discomfort symptoms in menopausal women, thereby confirming the availability of research data. However, since research and development in the cosmetic field are currently not sufficient, future expansion into this area is anticipated by promoting cooperative research and development with Axisia.
