On December 23, Gelonghui reported that Inner Mongolia Dian Tou Energy Corporation (002128.SZ) announced that the second meeting of the eighth Board of Directors reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the investment and construction of the first phase 0.55 million kilowatt project of the Kexi Left Banner desertification prevention and control and wind-solar integrated project by Inner Mongolia Dian Tou New Energy Ecological Construction Co., Ltd.
The first phase 0.55 million kilowatt project of the Kexi Left Banner desertification prevention and control and wind-solar integrated project was approved in June 2024, and is intended to be invested and constructed by the company's holding subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Dian Tou New Energy Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. Inner Mongolia Dian Tou New Energy Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. was established in June 2024 through a joint venture between Inner Mongolia Dian Tou Energy Co., Ltd. and Tongliao New Energy Development Group Co., Ltd. with a 70%:30% equity ratio, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
Inner Mongolia Dian Tou New Energy Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. intends to invest in the construction of the first phase 0.55 million kilowatt project of the Kexi Left Banner desertification prevention and control and wind-solar integrated project, as well as the first phase 0.55 million kilowatt project of the Zhalute Banner desertification prevention and control and wind-solar integrated project. Considering the actual funding requirements for the project, it is proposed to increase the registered capital from 10 million yuan to 1,357.3 million yuan, of which Dian Tou Energy should inject 943.11 million yuan into the project company according to its equity ratio. The capital increase will be sourced from its own funds.
The dynamic investment of the project amounts to 2,263.3278 million yuan (including interest during the construction period of 32.0156 million yuan), while the static investment of the project is 2,231.3122 million yuan.
