On December 24, Glorious Group announced that Beijing Yuanlong Yato Culture Dissemination (002878.SZ) held the second meeting of the fifth Board of Directors and the second meeting of the fifth Supervisory Board on December 24, 2024, to review and approve the "Proposal on Using Temporarily Idle Raised Funds and Self-owned Funds for Cash Management." The company agrees to use no more than 0.15 billion yuan of idle raised funds and no more than 0.15 billion yuan of self-owned funds for cash management, effective for 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors. Within the aforementioned quota and time frame, it may be used on a rolling basis.
