Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, after the proposed dismissal becomes effective upon the passing of the common resolution at the special general meeting, the Board of Directors recommends appointing Tianjian International CPA Limited as the new auditor for the company to fill the vacancy created by the proposed dismissal, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
