1. The registered amount for the company's ultra-short-term financing bonds is 2 billion yuan. The registration quota is valid for 2 years from the date the Trade Association issues the "Acceptance of Registration Notice", with Industrial Bank and Bank Of Communications acting as joint lead underwriters.
2. The company can issue ultra-short-term financing bonds in installments during the validity period of the registration. After the issuance is completed, the results of the issuance should be disclosed through channels recognized by the Trade Association.
