Selected as a constituent of the global stock market index "DJSI".

Nomura Holdings Inc.
Nomura Holdings Inc. (Representative Executive Officer, Group CEO: Kentaro Okuda, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been selected once again this year as a constituent of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI), a global stock price index, specifically the DJSI World and DJSI Asia Pacific.
In 2024, the DJSI World features the top 10% of approximately 2,500 major companies worldwide, and the Company has been included for the 10th consecutive year. Additionally, the DJSI Asia Pacific comprises the top 20% of approximately 600 major companies in the Asia Pacific region, with the Company being included since the index was launched in 2009, marking the 16th consecutive year.
In addition to the DJSI, our company is also included in the following indices.
