On December 24, Gelonghui reported that Sentai Co., Ltd. (301429.SZ) announced that the net income attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the consolidated financial statements for the first three quarters of 2024 was 54,847,736.24 yuan. As of September 30, 2024, the undistributed profits within the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements amounted to 393,807,453.93 yuan, while the parent company's undistributed profits were 201,761,198.06 yuan. According to the lower of the two principles, the distributable profits amounted to 201,761,198.06 yuan. The specific profit distribution plan is as follows: based on the company's total share capital of 118.22 million shares, after deducting the shares in the company's securities repurchase special account of 2.6219 million shares, 115.5981 million shares will be used as the basis to distribute cash dividends of 1.74 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) to all registered shareholders, with a total cash dividend distribution of 20,114,069.4 yuan (including tax). No bonus shares will be issued this time, nor will the capital surplus be converted into share capital.
