On December 25, Gelonghui reported that Honz Pharmaceutical (300086.SZ) announced that, in accordance with the social and economic development plan of the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone and the relevant planning adjustments in the Tiexi District of Shenyang, and referencing the "Shenyang Urban Renewal Management Measures," in order to activate the company's idle Assets through planning, and after negotiation with the Shenyang Natural Resources Bureau regarding land use adjustment, both parties agreed: Based on the plan, 36,104.22 square meters of the industrial land from the total land area of 40,462.67 square meters held by Shenyang Honz will be adjusted to business land (compatible with commercial land), and the conversion of land use requires the payment of a land transfer fee of 46,213,401.6 yuan; the land area within the scope of Shenyang Honz planned as non-business land (4,358.45 square meters) will be reserved by the Urban Renewal Affairs Service Center of Tiexi District, Shenyang, which will provide reasonable compensation of 3,675,467.00 yuan; the total area of this land parcel will be changed from 40,462.67 square meters to 36,104.22 square meters.
