As for the overview of the transferred assets (trust beneficiary rights), the target properties are single-family residences and condominiums in the metropolitan area, Chubu region, and Kinki region (average of about 15 million yen per property), with a total of 261 cases and a transfer price of 4.04 billion yen. It should be noted that this is included in the full-year financial estimates for the fiscal year ending June 2025, and there is currently no change in the full-year financial estimates.
