After resigning, Mr. Liu Liu will not hold any other positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
On December 26, 2024, the company held the 21st meeting of the fifth Board of Directors, where it reviewed and approved the proposal for the appointment of Mr. Zhu Shibin as the General Manager of the company. Nominated by the chairman of the company, after qualification review by the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Zhu Shibin as the General Manager of the company, who will no longer hold the position of Deputy General Manager.
