Terilogy Serviceware is developing an ICT solution service business. “Visible Interpreter” connects to an interpreter operator with one touch from a tablet or smartphone, and supports customer service.
This time, Toyota Mobility Tokyo will introduce “visible interpreters” at 25 Lexus dealerships in Tokyo with the aim of providing uniform customer service and services to all customers.
