According to the news from Zhito Finance APP, FAW Jiefang Group (000800.SZ) announced that the company's Board of Directors recently received written resignation reports submitted by Wu Bilei, Li Sheng, Yu Changxin, and Ji Yizhi. Wu Bilei applied to resign from the position of chairman of the company's tenth Board of Directors, as well as from his role as a director and member of the Board's special committee due to work arrangements. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company and will continue to serve as the deputy general manager of China FAW Group Co., Ltd. Li Sheng will assume the role of chairman of the company and has applied to resign from the position of general manager. Yu Changxin will take on the role of general manager, applying to resign from the position of executive deputy general manager. Ji Yizhi has applied to resign from the deputy general manager position due to work changes and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning.
