(“Tianwo Heavy Industry”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to transfer Xuzhou Xuzhou Old Industrial Base Industry Development Fund (limited partnership) (“Old Industrial Fund”) held by the Jiangsu Xuzhou Old Industrial Base Industry Development Fund (“Old Industrial Fund”) 29.88% limited partnership share, Xuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone Venture Development Co., Ltd. (“Xugaozhou New Innovation Fund”) The actual payment amount for holding the Lusheng Fund is 9.96 % of the limited partnership share, with a total transaction amount of RMB 87.0801 million. At the same time, Tianwo Heavy Industries plans to transfer the company to hold 59.76% of the partnership share of Lusheng Fund.
Shenzhen Qianhai Hongyi Huahao Investment Co., Ltd. (“Hongyi Huahao”), the holding subsidiary of the company, intends to transfer 0.2% of the general partnership share of Yusheng Fund held by Jiangsu Shengshi Guojin Investment Management Co., Ltd. (“Shengshi Guojin”), with a transaction amount of RMB 0.55065 million.
After the transaction was completed, Laosheng Fund's limited partners, Lao Industrial Fund, Xuzhou Hi-Tech Venture and Wuyang Auto Control, and general partner Shengshi Guojin retired. After the retirement of Shengshi Guojin, it will continue to be responsible for processing the cancellation procedures of Yusheng Fund from the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association. After cancellation, it will no longer be a registered fund product of the China Foundation Association, and will continue to exist as a limited partnership.
