On December 27, Gelonghui reported that Mengjinyuan (02585.HK) announced that the stabilization price period for the global offering will end on December 26, 2024 (Thursday), which is the 30th day after the submission deadline for the application for public offering in Hong Kong.
Since there is no over-allotment of Listed in Hong Kong shares in the international offering, the sponsor – overall coordinator (representing the international underwriters) did not exercise the over-allotment option, and neither the stabilization price operator, its affiliates nor any person acting on their behalf took any stabilization price actions during the stabilization price period for the global offering. The over-allotment option will expire on December 26, 2024 (Thursday). Therefore, the company has not and will not issue Listed in Hong Kong shares under the over-allotment option.
