Orchestra Holdings <6533> announced on the 26th that its subsidiary Ves will acquire Stocks of Japan Engineering Professional Architect and plans to make it a subsidiary by January 30, 2025.
Ves is expanding its business into DX and CS areas by providing Software Testing Services. Japan Engineering Professional Architect has approximately 130 staff members, primarily engineers, and develops SES businesses that provide software development for web systems, core systems, and smartphone applications to customers.
By sharing the customer base and human resources of both companies and responding to new customer needs, growth across the entire DX business will be accelerated. Additionally, by supporting the recruitment of Japan Engineering Professional Architect through Orchestra Holdings group's IT personnel introduction business, stable acquisition of IT engineers and sustainable revenue growth will be contributed.
