On December 27, Gelonghui reported that Thunder Micro Power (301050.SZ) announced that it will hold the twelfth meeting of the second Board of Directors and the twelfth meeting of the second Supervisory Board on December 26, 2024. The meetings reviewed and approved the proposal on "Closing fundraising projects and permanently supplementing surplus raised funds to operating capital". It was agreed to conclude the fundraising investment projects for the company's initial public offering of Stocks, namely, the "Production Base Technical Transformation and Expansion Construction Project" and the "Research and Development Center Construction Project", and to permanently supplement surplus raised funds to operating capital for the company's Production Operation activities.
