As of 4:00 p.m. on December 27, 2024, the offeror had received valid acceptance of the 182,860 shares offered under the share offer, accounting for about 0.08% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this joint announcement. The offeror did not receive any valid acceptance of the offer for the convertible notes.
Taking into account the effectively accepted offer shares and the shares already owned by the offeror and those acting in concert, the offeror and those acting in concert have a total interest in 109,796,566 shares, accounting for about 50.95% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this joint announcement.
Immediately after the closing of such offers and after the transfer of the effectively accepted offer shares was officially registered by the Registrar and Transfer Office, 75,534,068 shares (accounting for approximately 35.05% of the total issued share capital of the Company at the date of this Joint Announcement) are held by the public.
