On December 27, Gelonghui reported that Ruichen Eco-friendly Concept (301273.SZ) held the fourth meeting of the third Board of Directors and the fourth meeting of the third Supervisory Board on December 27, 2024. The meetings reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the completion of the initial public offering of Stocks fundraising project and the permanent supplementation of surplus raised funds to working capital. The company's initial public offering fundraising project "High-efficiency and Energy-saving Fan Industrialization Construction Project" has reached the designated usable state, agreeing to conclude the project and permanently supplement the remaining raised funds of 66.2294 million yuan (actual amount subject to the balance of the special account on the day of fund transfer) to working capital for the company's daily operation activities, while cancelling the relevant special account for raised funds, and the related fundraising supervision agreement will be terminated.
