Gelonghui, December 27 - Zhenyang Development (603213.SH) announced that the company's shareholders, Huihai Partnership and Haijiang Partnership, plan to reduce their shareholding in the company by a total of no more than 4,325,693 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 0.99% of the company's total share capital. Among them, Huihai Partnership plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 2,101,231 shares through centralized bidding and bulk trading methods, accounting for no more than 0.48% of the company's total share capital; Haijiang Partnership plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 2,224,462 shares through centralized bidding and bulk trading methods, accounting for no more than 0.51% of the company's total share capital.
If Huihai Partnership and Haijiang Partnership reduce the company's shares through centralized bidding trading, the total number of shares reduced within three months shall not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital; if the shares are reduced through bulk trading, the total number of shares reduced within three months shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital.
