According to the Zhito Finance APP, Sharetronic Data Technology (300857.SZ) announced that the company (Party B) and its holding subsidiary Guangzhou Aojia Software Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aojia Software," Party D) recently signed the "Global Strategy Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhangjiang Group," Party A) and the associated party Guangdong Aofei Data Technology (300738.SZ) (Party C).

The agreement stipulates that Party A will leverage its advantages in industrial aggregation to conduct research on computing power demand in the Zhangjiang area; Parties B, C, and D will apply their rich experience in AI, integrated training and promotion, proprietary cloud construction, and operation to provide Party A's park enterprises with a range of cloud products focused on autonomous controllability and diversity, including computation (CPU, GPU, etc.), storage, networking, databases, security, etc., while also offering data center cabinet rentals, customized site services, high power density solutions, basic and value-added operation and maintenance services, and various compliance audit services, aiming to create a safe, compliant, low-carbon, and intelligent computing power base. Party B will lead Parties C and D to jointly build and develop AI capabilities, fully utilizing its technical advantages and advanced experience in AI and Cloud Computing Service, with Party C contributing its resource advantages and operational capabilities in intelligent computing, working with Party D to provide Party A with an integrated training and promotion platform geared towards new quality productivity.

Together, we will establish an innovative platform for AI training and promotion targeting new quality productivity, jointly formulating plans for the construction of the integrated training and promotion innovation platform, integrating computing power, AI, and industry microservices to serve enterprises in Zhangjiang. Especially, we will provide a solid integrated training and promotion innovation platform focused on key industries such as AI agents, autonomous driving, Siasun Robot&Automation, and biomedical.

Parties B, C, and D will leverage their platform and resource advantages in AI agent integrated training and promotion innovation and, in combination with Party A's industrial layout, improve the construction of network nodes, assisting Party A to access the AI agent integrated training and promotion innovation platform network nearby. Parties B, C, and D will provide Party A with the introduction and scheduling services for key parks and customers regarding the AI agent integrated training and promotion innovation platform. Parties A, B, C, and D will actively cooperate in areas such as the AI agent integrated training and promotion innovation platform (such as Big Data, large models), and the development of the computing power ecosystem, expanding deep cooperation in the supply chain system, customer resources, market expansion, and ecological partner integration, jointly developing and seeking common development.
