According to the Zhikang Financial APP, YADEA (01585) announced that the group expects to achieve a net profit of about 1.2 billion to -1.4 billion yuan in 2024, compared to a net profit of approximately 2.64 billion yuan in the same period last year. The reduction in net profit expectations is mainly due to a decline in electric two-wheeler sales because of the inventory clearance period set by distributors, and the decrease in sales prices of certain existing model inventories, as the group has adopted a strategy to accelerate the sale and marketing of these existing model inventories in response to the adjustments in national standards.
