According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, Suzhou Goldengreen Technologies (002808.SZ) announced that on December 27, 2024, it received a notice from the Jiangsu Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the "Decision on Taking Warning Measures Against Suzhou Goldengreen Technologies Co., Ltd. and Yu Rongqing, Hong Tao, and Feng Fenlan" ([2024] No. 267).
Upon investigation, the company has the following issues: 1. Failed to timely fulfill information disclosure and supervisory management obligations regarding external financial support; 2. Deficiencies in internal controls of optical guide drum export business; 3. Non-standard financial accounting related to inventory in internal transactions; 4.
