Zhitong Finance App News, Qunxing Toys (002575.SZ) announced that on January 18, 2024, the company signed a “Computing Power Service Contract” with China Mobile Communications Group Zhejiang Co., Ltd. (“China Mobile Zhejiang Company”) to purchase computing power services from China Mobile Zhejiang; on June 27, 2024, the company signed the “Supplementary Contract for the Turing Town Intelligent Computing Service Phase II Project”.
According to the “Supplementary Contract” agreement, after the “Supplementary Contract” was signed, Hangzhou Turing Engine fulfilled its payment obligations to China Mobile Zhejiang Company. The delivery of the second phase of the Turing Town Intelligent Computing Power Service Project passed, and before December 28, 2024, Hangzhou Turing Engine paid China Mobile Zhejiang Company 0.154 billion yuan of the fixed total price of the final contract. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the project has been delivered and approved. Hangzhou Turing Engine has paid China Mobile Zhejiang Company 0.154 billion yuan as agreed on December 26, 2024.
