According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guotai Eco-friendly Concept (301203.SZ) announced that in the first three quarters of 2024, it plans to distribute a cash dividend of 8 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all Shareholders, expecting a total cash dividend distribution of 64 million yuan. There will be no distribution of shares from undistributed profits, nor will there be a transfer of capital reserves to increase capital stock. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried over to the next fiscal year.
