On December 30, Gelonghui reported that Founder Technology Group (600601.SH) announced that the company has completed the establishment registration and filing registration for its Thailand company, the construction of the main factory at the Thailand production base has been capped, and it has entered the internal decoration and production equipment procurement phase.
According to the current technical requirements of new target customers for the Thailand production base, the adjustment of the product structure of the production line, and considering the continuity of the planning for the first and second phases of the project, the company intends to increase the investment amount in the Thailand production base, with the total investment amount increasing from approximately 0.943 billion yuan to approximately 1.223 billion yuan (excluding tax), funded by self-owned funds and self-raised funds. The additional investment of 0.28 billion yuan is mainly due to adjustments and increases in the construction and installation costs, production equipment and supporting systems, automation, and administrative logistics for the Thailand production base. This additional investment in the Thailand production base is based on its actual operational development needs, ensuring high-quality construction of the project, promoting sound operations and sustainable development, and aligns with the company's Global Strategy.
