According to Zhito Finance APP, SHISHI SERVICES (08181) announced that on December 30, 2024 (after trading hours on the Stock Exchange), Jetway (as the owner) and Gangshen (the company's wholly-owned indirect subsidiary) (as the tenant) have entered into a sublease agreement for the leasing of the properties. For Unit G1, the lease term is 2 months, from September 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, and for the properties, the lease term is 5 years, from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030.

The properties refer to all units of the Triumph Industrial Center Phase 2 at 6th Floor G1, G2, H, K, J and L of 47-53 Minn Yui Street and 20-28 Minn Lok Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Unit G1 refers to the G1 unit at 6th Floor of Triumph Industrial Center Phase 2 at 47-53 Minn Yui Street and 20-28 Minn Lok Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The announcement states that the group will lease the G1 unit starting October 1, 2024, and will lease the remaining parts of the property starting November 1, 2020. The group has been using J unit of the properties as its headquarters and main place of business since December 1, 2023. The execution of the sublease agreement constitutes the group's extension of the lease for these properties. Therefore, the Directors believe that entering into the sublease agreement to continue its Business operations in these properties is commercially necessary and advantageous.
