The granting situation is as follows: The number of the second category of restricted stocks proposed to be granted to the incentive recipients is 1.18 million shares, approximately accounting for 1.20% of the company's total share capital of 98.3067 million shares at the time of publication of this plan draft, representing 100.00% of the total rights proposed to be granted in this incentive plan. There are no reserved rights in this incentive plan.
The granting price for the restricted stocks (second category of restricted stocks) in this incentive plan is 15.54 yuan/share.
A total of 45 individuals will be granted rights under this incentive plan, including core technical (Business) backbones employed in the company (including subsidiaries, the same below) at the time this incentive plan is announced. The recipients of the proposed grants do not include: ① Directors (including independent directors), supervisors, and senior management; ② Shareholders holding more than 5% of the listed company's shares alone or in total, actual controllers of the listed company, and their spouses, parents, children, as well as foreign employees.
The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted stocks to the date when all granted restricted stocks to the incentive recipients have vested or expired, with a maximum duration of no more than 60 months.
