According to the announcement from Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Mining (601666.SH), in order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the provincial digital transformation promotion meeting, the company aims to vigorously promote the research and application of AI technology in the field of coal mine intelligence. The company plans to jointly establish Henan Province Yuzhi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yuzhi Technology) in cooperation with Jiaozuo Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., Henan Geophysical Space Information Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Henan Yuxin Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
It is reported that Yuzhi Technology will focus on the intelligentization of coal mines and industry-specific large models, creating an innovative joint entity for AI + smart mining applications. Each Shareholder will coordinate resources from all parties, launching coal mine AI research and development product (technology) projects annually, fully cooperating with Universities and research Institutions to achieve complementary advantages.
