JINSHANG BANK (02558) announced that the bank recently received the "Shanxi Regulatory Bureau's notice regarding Wu Canming JINSHANG BANK..."

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, JINSHANG BANK (02558) announced that it has recently received the approval from the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau regarding Mr. Wu Canming's and Mr. Wang Qi's qualifications to serve as directors of JINSHANG BANK (Approval No. Jin Jin Guan Fu [2024] 209 and Jin Jin Guan Fu [2024] 208, respectively). Therefore, Mr. Wu and Mr. Wang have each been approved as directors by the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau. Mr. Wu will serve as a non-executive director and Mr. Wang will serve as an executive director, with their terms effective from December 27, 2024, until the expiration of the sixth Board of Directors term (which will last for three years starting from December 22, 2022).
