Gelonghui reported on December 30 that FINELAND LIVING (09978.HK) announced that Cao Bingchang has resigned as (i) company secretary; (ii) one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the authorized representative of the company to receive legal process documents and notifications as prescribed in Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from January 1, 2025.
Chen Zhuochen has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules, and authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, effective from January 1, 2025.
