To promote the transformation and development of the company's Aluminum processing industry, enhance the added value of the company's Aluminum processing products, cultivate new profit growth points, and achieve high-quality development, the company has decided to collaborate with ShanDong Weijiao Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weijiao Group") and Huaibei Xiangcheng Urban Operation Management Co., Ltd.
