CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Storage Post Self Storage adds three self-storage locations to its Chicago portfolio, working through local broker MJ Partners Real Estate Services. The company acquired five Chicago stores to its portfolio of 33 existing locations in New York, New Jersey and Louisiana.
All three locations are former Extra Space Storage/Life Storage properties within the Metro Chicago area. 2051 North Austin Avenue is located in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood; 6331 North Broadway sits in the Edgewater community; and the Little Village location is at 3245 West 30th Street.
"We were really pleased with our experience working with MJ Partners," says Storage Post's Director of Acquisitions Jack Giannola. "They were very responsive and respectful to the needs of both parties. I can safely say everyone walked away happy."
Principals Marc Boorstein and Jeffrey Jacobson, along with Vice President David Kohn, brokered the deal.
"As we continue to expand our operations in Chicago, we hope to work with them again in the future," Giannola says.
