Jinwu Financial News | Huige Eco-friendly Concept (02613) starts its initial public offering today, planning to issue 10 million shares listed in Hong Kong, of which 10% is for public offering in Hong Kong and the remaining is for international placement. The subscription price per share is between 31.8 Hong Kong dollars and 39.8 Hong Kong dollars, with a lot size of 100 shares, and the entry fee is 4,020.14 Hong Kong dollars. CITIC SEC and China Galaxy International are the joint sponsors. The shares are expected to be listed on January 9.
Based on a subscription price of 35.8 Hong Kong dollars, the expected net fundraising amount is approximately 0.312 billion Hong Kong dollars. It is intended that about 50% will be used for the group's research and development; approximately 15% will be used for potential acquisitions; about 15% will be used for leasing production facilities in mainland China or Southeast Asia; about 10% will be used to establish new service centers and upgrade existing service centers; and about 10% will be used as working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
