CR MEDICAL (01515) announced that on December 30, 2024, the company entered into a framework agreement for Business Travel Services with CR Digital Technology. CR Digital Technology Group has agreed to provide several Business Travel Services to the group, with the period starting from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
The group's employees occasionally require business travel services when traveling for work, resulting in high demand for related business travel services throughout the year. By signing this framework agreement for business travel services, our group will be able to consolidate employee booking needs and utilize the platform of CR Digital Technology Group to purchase services from independent third-party service providers, travel agencies, and/or other agents. It is expected that group purchases or bulk procurement through this platform will provide more competitive prices for the group's business travel needs. This initiative will also help streamline the booking process for our employees, thereby reducing the overall management costs of our group. Additionally, it is believed that the online platform provided by CR Digital Technology Group can offer stable, reliable, and affordable business travel services for our group. According to the framework agreement for business travel services, our group is not required to exclusively procure business travel services from CR Digital Technology Group.
