On December 31, Gelonghui reported that SUNNY OPTICAL (02382.HK) announced that Shao Yangdong has resigned as an independent non-executive Director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective January 1, 2025.
The Board of Directors also announced that Chen Gang has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective January 1, 2025.
