According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, BEIJING ENT (00392) announced that Mr. Jiang Xinhao has submitted his resignation as the company's executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors due to reaching retirement age, and he will no longer serve as a member of the company's Investment Committee; Mr. Tan Zhenhui has submitted his resignation as the company's executive Director and Company Secretary due to reaching retirement age, and he will no longer serve as an authorized representative; and Mr. Dong Huanzhang has been appointed as the company's executive Director and Company Secretary, also serving as an authorized representative. The above changes will take effect from January 1, 2025.
