1. There is no objection to the company's participation in the Swap Facilitation (SFISF). The company should reasonably determine the application limit based on relevant business arrangements such as the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in Swap Facilitation Related Work for Securities, Fund, and Insurance Companies" according to its own development strategy and risk tolerance, and implement it after obtaining the consent of the People's Bank of China. 2. The company’s participation in the Swap Facilitation must strictly comply with the relevant regulations and requirements of the People's Bank of China and the CSRC, and conduct related transactions within the approved limit at designated trading venues, and must not use swap facilitation tools to engage in illegal activities. 3. The company should report the utilization of swap facilitation funds to the Securities and Fund Institutions Supervision Department of the CSRC and the Yunnan Securities Regulatory Bureau on a monthly basis. In the process of participating in the swap facilitation, if there are any significant events and issues, it should promptly report to the People's Bank of China and the CSRC.
