On December 31, 2023, QINGLING MOTORS (01122.HK) announced that on December 31, 2024, Chongqing Xinyu, the company, and Longyun New Energy entered into a repurchase agreement.
Repurchased symbol: (i) leased property, a batch of Electric Vehicles leased by Longyun New Energy from Chongqing Xinyu under the financial leasing contract, with a total vehicle count not exceeding 1,100; and (ii) leasing debts, the leasing debts that Chongqing Xinyu holds against Longyun New Energy corresponding to the leased property under the financial leasing contract (including overdue rents, the remaining value of the leased property (calculated by multiplying the number of leased property intended for repurchase by the lease price on the repurchase date), and the purchase price of the corresponding leased property).
