Guo Chunming will replace Wu Xingyu as an independent non-executive director of the company, a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, and a member of the Risk Control Committee until the end of the term of the fifth board of directors.
