According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, Hunan Huasheng (600156.SH) announced that to activate the company's land Assets and enhance land value, it aims to promote the company's Business and products by creating a cultural and creative industrial park, further expanding brand influence and enhancing market competitiveness. The company's holding subsidiary, Xuesong Company, has partnered with Binjiang Memory and Lushong Group to establish Lushong 1937 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (temporarily named, subject to approval by the market supervision and administration bureau, hereinafter referred to as "Lushong 1937"), featuring cultural tourism with commercial support, to create a gathering place for industrial cultural tourism. Lushong 1937 has a registered capital of 30 million yuan, with Xuesong Company investing 14.7 million yuan, holding a 49% stake; Binjiang Memory investing 13.8 million yuan, holding a 46% stake; and Lushong Group investing 1.5 million yuan, holding a 5% stake.
