According to the Zhito Finance APP report, Shanghai Nar Industrial (002825.SZ) announced that the company intends to sign a 'Share Transfer Agreement' with Shenzhen Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Bao'an District Industrial Investment Guidance Fund Co., Ltd., Hongtu Longcheng Innovation (Shenzhen) Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (collectively referred to as 'transferees'), and Shenzhen Moku New Materials Group Co., Ltd. ('Moku New Materials' or 'symbol company') to sell 3.5% equity in Moku New Materials for 91 million yuan to the transferees.
It is reported that the sale of part of Moku New Materials' equity is mainly aimed at focusing Nar Industrial's core business. On one hand, according to Nar Industrial's strategic focus on developing the 'Dual New' Sector—comprising 'New Materials and New Energy' business areas—to optimize its industrial structure and development direction; Nar Industrial will use the funds obtained from the equity sale to increase resource investment in its core business, seizing opportunities to strengthen and deepen its main business. On the other hand, Moku New Materials will establish a solid foundation for future development and capital securitization by introducing external investors.
