Zhito Finance APP news, Guangdong Construction (002060.SZ) announced that the company intends to increase its capital by 2 billion yuan in cash to Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering Group Co., Ltd. ("Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering"), which includes an increase in registered capital of 1 billion yuan and an increase in capital reserve of 1 billion yuan. After the capital increase is completed, the company will still Hold 100% equity of Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering, which will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
In addition, to enhance the investment strength in clean Energy and promote the high-quality development of the clean Energy Sector, Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering intends to increase its capital by 2 billion yuan in cash to its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. ("Energy Group"), which includes an increase in registered capital of 0.952 billion yuan and an increase in capital reserve of 1.048 billion yuan. After the capital increase is completed, Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering will still Hold 100% equity of Energy Group, which will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering.
