On January 1, Glodon announced that Tianjin Tianbao Infrastructure (000965.SZ) issued a notice stating that to meet the company's future Global Strategy requirements for land, on December 31, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Tianbao Deyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. participated in the public bidding for the state-owned construction land use rights for plots "Jinbin Kai (Gu) 2024-3" and "Jinbin Kai (Gu) 2024-4", ultimately winning the state-owned construction land use rights for the two plots at the listed reserve price, with Fill Prices of RMB 1203.5 million and 356.9 million respectively.
According to the disclosure, the plot "Jinbin Kai (Gu) 2024-3" is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Tianjin Binhai New Area, with the following boundaries: east to North Sea Road, south to Xingda Street, west to North Sea West Road, and north to First Street. The planned land use nature is Class II residential land. The plot "Jinbin Kai (Gu) 2024-4" is also located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Tianjin Binhai New Area, with the following boundaries: east to project land, south to Second Street, west to Taihu West Road, and north to Fada Street. The planned land use nature is Class II residential land.
