Before this equity free transfer, Zhongke Puhua held 35,753,819 shares of the company, accounting for 9.33% of the company's total share capital; Sufa Valve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sufa Factory") held 68,715,360 shares of the company, accounting for 17.92% of the company's total share capital; both Zhongke Puhua and Sufa Factory are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Zhongke Group, which indirectly holds a total of 104,469,179 shares of the company, accounting for 27.25% of the company's total share capital.
This equity free transfer involves Zhongke Puhua transferring all of its unrestricted tradable shares of the company, totaling 35,753,819 shares (accounting for 9.33% of the company's total share capital), to Zhongke Engineering free of charge.
After the completion of this equity free transfer, the total number of shares indirectly held by Zhongke Group remains unchanged, with Zhongke Engineering holding 35,753,819 shares indirectly through its wholly-owned subsidiary, and Sufa Factory holding 68,715,360 shares indirectly through its wholly-owned subsidiary, totaling 104,469,179 shares indirectly held by the company.
