Due to personal reasons, Mr. Cai Fuchun applied to resign from his positions as a company director, general manager, member of the Board of Directors' Strategic Development and Investment Review Committee, and member of the Board of Directors' Nomination Committee. After resigning from the above positions, Mr. Cai Fuchun will no longer serve as a director or executive of the company, but will continue to hold other positions within the company.
