("BJ's" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: BJRI) today announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement (the "Cooperation Agreement") with Act III Holdings, LLC and various affiliates of Ronald M. Shaich (collectively with its affiliates, "Act III").
