According to the news, on the evening of December 30, Jinli Permanent Magnet announced that the company has completed the latest placement. The company has issued 2689.52 new H shares at an issue price of HK$7.82, with a total net capital of about HK$0.21 billion. The capital raised is mainly HK$0.124 billion for raw materials, HK$62 million for debt repayment, and HK$20.6 million for other uses.
Among them, Hong Kong Ruide Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Reed, subscribed and placed 75% of the shares, or 20.1714 million shares, and 4 other international investors subscribed 25%, or 6.7238 million shares. The 4 international investors include Pamalican Fund Ltd, Dymon Asia Multi Strategy Investment Master Fund, Factorial Master Fund, and Clap Wind International Limited subscribed for 4.6938 million shares, 0.8 million shares, 0.6 million shares, and 630,000 shares respectively.
